PROGRAMING SPECIFICATIONS
We provide ongoing 12-16 week training program focused on preparing participants for entry level technology support position and specializing
in the following skill sets:
- Hardware computers (PC) configuration, support, and maintenance
- IT infrastructure networking, virtualization, storage, and cloud architecture IT infrastructure Security
- System and Network Troubleshooting
- Documentation and ticketing procedures
- IT call center customer service and support
- Computer and Mobile Device Build and Repair
- Web Design using Google UX software and tools
CAREER EXPOSURE
Students will participate in engaging activities where professional skills will be taught and measured by a combination of group projects, computer laboratory
experiments and fun activities.
